• Submission of registration form does not imply confirmed admission.
• For admission in Nursery for session 2027-28, the ward must complete 3 years as on 31/03/2027.
• Please ensure the registration form is complete in every respect.
• Any wrong information or non-disclosure may lead to non-admission or cancellation of admission.

List of required documents

Please refer to the list of required documents needed at the time of filling the registration form:

1. Birth certificate of the ward.
2. Recent formal photograph of the ward and the parents
   1. The image should be less than 3 months old
   2. The image should be against a white background
   3. The image should not be blurred
   4. The image should be in portrait format in 3 cm x 4 cm size
   5. The image should be in a formal studio setting
3. Previous two year's report cards and mid-term assessment copy for the current year
   (Applicable Sr. Kg Onwards).
