Empowering Educators Through a Leadership Workshop on Computational Thinking and Artificial Intelligence

An enriching Leadership Workshop on “Implementation of Computational Thinking and Artificial Intelligence” was conducted on June 12, 2026, bringing together Principals, Vice Principals, and Computational Thinking & Artificial Intelligence Facilitators from more than 25 renowned schools. Aligned with CBSE initiatives and the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, the workshop focused on equipping educational leaders with effective strategies for integrating Computational Thinking and Artificial Intelligence into school education.

Welcoming the gathering, Ms. Aparna Magee, Principal of the host school, emphasized the importance of future-ready education, stating, “The future belongs to those who can think critically, adapt continuously, and innovate responsibly.”

The esteemed Management and Heads of the host school graced the workshop. The keynote session was conducted by Mr. Mikin Lala, Founder of LogIQids, alumnus of IIT Roorkee and IIM Calcutta, and a distinguished member of the CBSE Committee for Computational Thinking and AI Curriculum Development, who shared valuable insights into the effective implementation of Computational Thinking and Artificial Intelligence in schools.

The session offered valuable insights into curriculum integration, classroom implementation, and innovative pedagogical practices aligned with CBSE initiatives. Kaladarpan, the grand art exhibition being held on April 25–26, 2026, at Pritam Lal Dua Art Gallery, commenced with an inspiring inauguration today. The event stands as a radiant showcase of imagination and artistry, where students from the Shishukunj Group of Schools are presenting an impressive spectrum of visual arts, clay models, and craftwork, reflecting remarkable originality and skill.

The commitment of young creators, guided by their Art Educators, is evident in every exhibit. Respected Chief Guest J. Raj Dassani Ji graced the occasion, adding distinction to the event. The Management and Heads of School appreciated the dedication and collaborative spirit of the Shishyans, while the presence of the parent community added warmth and encouragement.

The exhibition will continue tomorrow with special demonstrations by renowned artists, offering visitors an enriching artistic experience.

The second day of Kaladarpan 2026 unfolded as a vibrant continuation of artistic brilliance at the Pritam Lal Dua Art Gallery. The exhibition received immense appreciation from parents and art experts, who lauded the originality, finesse, and depth reflected in each creation. Their thoughtful praise stood as a testament to the dedication of the young artists and the nurturing guidance of their Art Educators.

A major highlight of the day was the series of live demonstrations. Renowned senior artist Shankar Shinde captivated the audience with his expressive painting demonstration, while Gourav Soni, freelance sculptor and Research Scholar, engaged viewers with an insightful and dynamic sculpture session.

Parents expressed immense pride in witnessing their children’s artistic growth, while art connoisseurs commended the exhibition’s professional presentation and conceptual richness. The collective enthusiasm and seamless efforts of all involved ensured that the day was both inspiring and memorable, further elevating Kaladarpan as a grand celebration of creativity.

The Career Counselling Session held on April 18, 2026, was an enriching and thoughtfully conducted programme that left a lasting impact on all present. The session was led by Mr. Abhishek Gupta, a distinguished career coach, honoured with the Times Education Icon Award, and widely respected for his extensive experience in guiding students and parents across varied academic and professional journeys.

Enthusiastic students of Classes X to XII, along with their parents, attended the session and benefited immensely from the insights shared. The engaging and interactive atmosphere encouraged participants to reflect on their interests, aptitude, and aspirations, enabling a more meaningful understanding of individual career paths.
