Our little Shishyans of Grade I crafted beautiful bird’s nests on their own! In this fun craft project made from scavenged natural materials, children used their design thinking skills and powers of observation to create and construct a bird’s nest. This activity is a fun opportunity to spend time outdoors, research the birds in the area, and consider what it means to build something from only found materials. 

This hands-on make a birds nest gave the students lots of opportunities to develop their creative and analytical thinking whilst engaging with Nature and learning about the natural wildlife around them.
