Diwali with Compassion: Spreading Joy and Smiles
For Shishyans, Diwali isn’t just about lights and sweets; it’s about spreading joy, laughter, and learning beyond the classroom. On October 15, 2025, the Sewa Volunteers — Shishyans of Grades IX and XI — visited Badodiya Primary School to celebrate a heartwarming pre-Diwali event. Filled with enthusiasm, they prepared informative and artistic charts, sang festive songs, and shared inspiring tales of Lord Rama, fostering joy and intercultural learning among the young students of GBP School.
The most delightful moment was Rangoli making, where Shishyans brought hampers filled with colours and stencils, encouraging the young learners to design beautiful patterns side by side. The joy of creativity and collaboration illuminated every face. The celebration ended on a sweet note with treats, heartfelt Diwali wishes, and promises to return. It was truly Diwali with a purpose — a day dedicated to sharing light, cheer, and love beyond boundaries.
