In Indore, a CBSE state-level G-20 summit took place at Daly College, with the participation of approximately 470 students, 160 teachers, and 350 CBSE school principals from various parts of the state. This two-day summit, centered around life skills, mental health, safety, and well-being, was organized by the Board in collaboration with the Indore Sahodaya Schools Complex & Expressions India.

During the inauguration of a life skills exhibition set up by students from Indore schools, CBSE Director of Academics, Dr. Joseph Emmanuel, emphasized the importance of embracing educational changes. He highlighted CBSE’s efforts in conducting workshops and sessions across the country to facilitate this transformation.

At the event, students were divided into groups based on their interests, participating in six activities: Quizzing, Yuva Sansad, Musicals, Rhetorics, visual arts, and Nukkad Naatak. These activities were designed to address topics related to mental health, life skills, and lifestyle issues.

The involvement of Shishyans in the summit was particularly noteworthy. They actively participated in diverse activities that not only showcased their talents but also their commitment to addressing important issues. Their presentations, performances, and discussions reflected a deep understanding of these topics and a genuine passion for positive change. The engagement of students from various schools and backgrounds added a richness to the summit’s discussions and activities, promoting a sense of unity and shared purpose.

One of the standout features of The Shishukunj International School, North Campus’s participation in the summit was the exceptional exhibits centered around the theme of “Balancing Study and Leisure Time.” These exhibits were not only well-researched but also creatively presented, offering innovative solutions and thought-provoking insights into this important aspect of student life. The exhibits addressed various facets of achieving a balance between academic pursuits and leisure activities.
