As part of its ongoing commitment to professional excellence, the school organised a workshop titled “Building Future-Ready Educators for a Rapidly Changing World” for its educators on June 15, 2026. The session was conducted by Dr. Madhavi Dabholkar, a distinguished Behavioural Psychologist, educational consultant, and leadership coach.

The workshop focused on understanding developmental changes in children and adolescents and explored essential cognitive functions, including focus, attention, concentration, and curiosity. Dr. Dabholkar shared valuable insights into David Wechsler’s concept of intelligence and highlighted the significance of mental well-being in fostering effective learning environments. The session also covered stress and its management, followed by practical techniques on relaxation and breathing. Educators actively participated in discussions and reflective activities that encouraged deeper understanding and self-awareness.
