Global competence is vital for learners to thrive in a world that is constantly evolving. Keeping this perspective in mind, our school organized Effect + Global Citizenship Education Workshop for Shishyans (grade IX) under the Aegis of AFS Intercultural Programs.

The participants were inspired by the memorable sessions led by Ms. Sarita Badhwar to acquire critical 21st-century skills needed to effectively engage, lead, collaborate, and take action in their jobs and communities. The learners’ cultural competence, which is essential for creating a just and peaceful world, was strengthened through a variety of engaging activities and thought-provoking presentations.

The advantages of AFS learning programmes are manifold, and Shishyans will continue to experience such varied intercultural extravaganza on a regular basis.
