The Ganesh Festival was celebrated with great enthusiasm and joy by the children. As part of the celebration, the pre primary children prepared laddoos and made beautiful Lord Ganesha idols using clay, encouraging creativity, sensory exploration and fine-motor skills. They also enacted the story of Lord Ganesha, which helped them develop confidence, expression and an understanding of the significance of the festival. Together they danced on songs related to the festival, which was a pleasurable experience for them.

The children of Class I and II expressed their creativity by drawing Lord Ganesha using a prompt provided by the teacher and decorating their drawings with colourful materials. The celebration provided a meaningful blend of cultural learning, storytelling, art and hands-on experiential activities, making the festival a joyful and engaging learning experience for the children.
