On August 14, 2025, the campus was filled with patriotism as Shishyans from Nursery to Class V celebrated India’s 79th Independence Day with zeal and pride. The inspiring theme, Naya Bharat – Glorious Past, Promising Future, resonated through every performance and activity.
The Foundation Years celebrated both Independence Day and Janmashtami with joy. Nursery children participated in tricolour ball games and a festive ‘matki-snatching’ activity, while Senior KG explored themed puzzles. Junior KG conducted a special assembly, and Class I filled the air with patriotic songs. Class II added creative flair through vibrant classroom decorations.
A magical Krishna Leela performance by educators brought smiles and festive cheer, delighting the youngest Shishyans.
Students of Classes III to V presented a soulful song, a dynamic hip-hop act on Vande Mataram, a stirring poem ‘Utho Bharat ke Veer Saputon’, and a powerful Nukkad Natak—all paying tribute to India’s journey of sacrifice and strength.
The formal celebration on August 15 began with the ceremonial flag hoisting by Guest of Honour Shri Raghuveer Singh Rajput, a dedicated school electrician, alongside esteemed Management members and Heads of School. The National Anthem filled hearts with unity and pride.
The cultural segment featured a heartfelt choir performance and an electrifying Inter-House Patriotic Dance Competition. Lata Mangeshkar House emerged victorious, followed by Dhyan Chand House.
Senior Vice Principal Ms. Asha Bhatia closed the celebration with an inspiring message, encouraging students to uphold the true spirit of patriotism through unity, responsibility, and nation-building.
