Blossoms of Tradition: Nursery- II Celebrates Onam in Style!

The young Shishyans of Nursery-II brought the vibrant spirit of Onam to life today with a celebration filled with joy and tradition. The day began with a beautifully designed Rangoli created by the teachers, which the children excitedly filled with fresh, colourful flower petals. Their enthusiasm and involvement turned the artwork into a vibrant centerpiece of the celebration.

To help the children understand the meaning and cultural importance of Onam, they were briefed about the story and traditions of the festival. This helped them connect with the rich heritage behind the celebration in a fun and engaging way.

The day concluded with a festive South Indian lunch, featuring soft idlis, flavourful sambhar, aromatic pulao, zesty coconut chutney, and creamy kheer- a delicious experience that introduced the little ones to Kerala’s culinary delights.

The Nursery- II Onam celebration was a beautiful blend of learning, culture, and festive cheer, leaving everyone with colorful memories of this special day.
