SIS NC MUN 2025: Empowering Voices, Shaping Futures

The Shishukunj International School, North Campus, proudly hosted the third edition of SIS NC MUN 2025 on July 26 and 27, transforming its vibrant campus into a hub of diplomatic dialogue, critical thinking, and global citizenship. With around 500 delegates, 34 Executive Board members, and 8 Secretariat members, the conference embodied the spirit of its guiding theme—“Concordia Crescimus: In Harmony We Grow”—underscoring the power of collaboration in addressing global challenges.

Under the able leadership of Director General Mr. Suyash Jalan and Secretary General Mr. Shourya Singh Chouhan, the event offered an engaging platform for students to explore pressing international issues, refine their diplomatic acumen, and embrace diverse perspectives. The Opening Ceremony, graced by the presence of the Management, esteemed parents, and renowned academician Ms. Smita Rathore as the Chief Guest, commenced with a series of ceremonial proceedings, including the Lamp Lighting, Gavel Ceremony, and the Hymn of the United Nations. This was followed by a warm welcome address by Senior Vice Principal Ms. Asha Bhatia and an inspiring address by the Chief Guest, setting a dignified and purposeful tone for the days ahead.

The conference concluded with a dignified and celebratory Closing Ceremony, featuring the much-anticipated award presentations, thoughtful commendations by the Executive Board, heartfelt reflections by the MUN Coordinators – Mr. Mrityunjay Pandey, Ms. Noopur Nadgonde, and Ms. Ankita Chaturvedi, and a gracious closing address by Vice Principal – Operations, Ms. Pallavi Sukhtankar.

SIS NC MUN 2025 stood as a resounding testament to the school’s unwavering commitment to nurturing thoughtful, empathetic, and globally conscious leaders of tomorrow—young individuals ready to lead with integrity, insight, and a shared commitment to harmony.
