In a vibrant celebration of International Tiger Day, Shishyans of Nursery to Class II united to spread a powerful message of ‘Harmonious Coexistence between Humans and Tigers.’ All the children donned in vibrant, orange and black attire in support of the powerful animal.
The day was filled with creativity, learning, and a sense of responsibility towards wildlife conservation. Leading up to the event, Shishyans of Senior KG presented an assembly emphasizing on tiger conservation, while Nursery children participated in a ‘tiger parade’; their melodious roars reverberating in the corridors. The day was eventful with stories, art- craft work and audio- video presentations for the entire pre- primary.
Shishyans of I and II immersed themselves in engaging art activities such as sponge dabbing, cotton dabbing, leaf printing, all centered around the majestic tiger. Each class collaboratively designed a colourful poster to express their thoughts and feelings about protecting our national pride and its habitat.
The celebration day began with a theatrical performance by teachers, bringing the message of tiger conservation alive through storytelling and role play. The event culminated in a joyful parade, where Shishyans, proudly marched across the school campus repeating slogans, holding their handmade posters high- a vibrant show of their commitment to the cause.
The day served as a beautiful reminder that even the youngest voices can echo loudly in support of nature and wildlife.
