The True Gift of Christmas: Joy in Giving and Caring
For Shishyans, festivals are not merely occasions for merriment but reminders to extend kindness, nurture empathy, and bring happiness beyond ourselves. Embracing the true spirit of Christmas, the Sewa Volunteers from Grades IX and XI, together with their educators, visited Solsinda Middle School to celebrate with warmth, joy, and compassion.
The celebration captured the essence of Christmas through love, generosity, and unity. Shishyans and educators contributed in diverse ways to make the visit a truly joyous occasion for the underprivileged students. Volunteers arranged engaging activities that filled the school with laughter and excitement. Games such as the lemon spoon race, musical chairs, basket the ball, and pass the parcel encouraged enthusiastic participation. Each child had the chance to win goodies, making the event inclusive and memorable.
Joyful cheers echoed across the campus as children encouraged one another. The decorated Christmas tree stood as a symbol of compassion, reminding us that we all can become Santa by spreading goodwill, uplifting spirits, and touching lives with kindness.
