Darsh Betala of Class III E participated in the First One Day Under Thirteen Rapid Chess Championship 2025 held at 15th Battalion Mahesh Guardline Kila Maidan on 22nd June 2025. Darsh scored five points in seven rounds and bagged the first position competing against ninety nine participants in the under eight category.
Darsh also participated in Buddhibal and Natkhat Trophy Rapid Chess Tournament 2025 and secured four points in four rounds bagging the first position in the under eight category. The tournament was held on 8th June 2025.
His other achievements include participation in the Champions Trophy Under 10 Rapid Chess Tournament 2025 held at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium on 15th June 2025 in which he earned 3.5 points in 6 rounds. He also participated in Madhya Pradesh Under 11 Open Chess Championship 2025 held at Oriental University, Sanwer Road, Indore on 26th May and 27th May 2025. Darsh secured 4.5 points in six rounds and bagged the ninth position.
