Go an extra mile,
Make their day full of happiness,
Maybe just by playing a game of chess.
Take them out for a treat,
Down the lane across the street,
Just give them a gift,
Maybe a concert by Taylor Swift!
Make their day better with a hug,
When they acknowledge you, don’t be smug,
Special occasions are about giving,
So don’t spend them bickering.
It really helps by listening to them,
Trust me! They would think you’re a gem,
With a compliment, rock their day,
Want to be a good person? This is the way!
