With the aim of enhancing effective teaching practices a  workshop was organized for  teachers of Classes VI – XII on the topic “Learning Outcomes and Pedagogies” . It was ably  conducted by Mrs.  Arti Chauhan  and Mrs. Kirti Rathore . 

 Mrs. Chauhan and Mrs. Rathore explained the concept of learning outcomes in a clear and practical manner, helping teachers understand how to align lesson objectives with expected student outcomes. Various pedagogical approaches were discussed and teachers were encouraged to share their experiences, ideas, and classroom challenges, which made the workshop lively and enriching. Through discussions, activities, and examples, the session provided valuable insights into improving classroom teaching and learning processes. 

The workshop enabled teachers to reflect on their teaching methods and adopt innovative strategies to achieve better learning outcomes. Overall, the workshop was informative, interesting, and beneficial, leaving the teachers motivated and better equipped to enhance student learning.
