How dainty and elegant,
Lace that adds to the beauty of a woman,
The love of my man;
How pretty, isn’t it?
A gift from my man, but oh!
Why place it on my eyes?
I see, so it’s to add beauty to my face; my eyes,
A gift of love from my man;
The intricate lace covers my eyes;
So white and pristine,
How so pretty but I see nothing
Only but faint colours;
But I am sure the lace makes me beautiful;
More for the man to like me;
I recall a blindfold game, but worry not;
This lace is a beauty, not a blindfold;
For I see faint colours,
I suppose?
