We are delighted to announce that the research paper of Arham Sethi  of Class XI has been accepted at IEEE CIBCB 2026, a peer-reviewed conference scheduled to be  held in Athens, Greece in 2026. 

IEEE is among the largest and most rigorous technical research bodies in the world, and research papers  presented at these conferences  are reviewed  entirely by PhD researchers and university faculty. Papers authored by school students are very rare. 

The paper presented by Arham  introduces an AI model that maps where weeds are likely to emerge across a field before they actually sprout, so farmers can treat only the high-risk patches instead of spraying the whole field. It is the first method to approach pre-emergence weed prediction in this way, and it sets a new state-of-the-art solution  for the problem.
