My Three Wishes

Vidhi Kothari, Class X D

It was a bright elated day

And by that charming sunshine

I was forcefully inclined

To imagine…

What would be my three wishes

Which were till now

Buried very deep. And this

Is what came to my mind.

Firstly, I want to fly high,

High above the sky.

To have a world tour,

Namaste! Ola! Bonjour!

Second, no scolding

From teachers and parents.

To achieve this,

I got to get good marks.

Third, I know

It’s not as romantic as Bella

But still I want a

Pool full of Nutella!
