On June 29, 2026, The Shishukunj International School, Jhalaria, celebrated a beautiful new chapter as it officially welcomed its new student leaders. Conducted to honour both the Middle and High School students, the ceremony brought together proud parents of the Council Members , teachers, and peers to witness a deeply meaningful school tradition.

The event began with a thoughtful reflection on why the Investiture Ceremony is held every year. It reminded everyone that true leadership is not just about a title or a position—it is about being a positive role model, standing out through good values, and serving others with dedication. With this sense of purpose, the new leaders  took a solemn oath, promising to remain loyal to their duties and  pride of their respective houses. 

The most striking moment of the day was the rhythmic, perfectly synchronized march of the Student Council, Nominated Council, and Office Bearers. Walking with steady steps and heads held high, they took their places on stage, wearing their new sashes and badges with immense pride. The House Mistresses handed over the flags to the newly appointed office bearers who exhibited their confidence as they seemed to be ready to shoulder the responsibility they have been entrusted with. As the ceremony came to a successful close, the Junior Auditorium echoed with a massive, thunderous round of applause from the audience—a heart-warming celebration of the bright journey that lies ahead for these young leaders.
