On 29th January, the event periods in Classes III to V were utilised for reading and handwriting activities.
Students participated in D.E.A.R (Drop Everything And Read). They brought an English storybook of their choice and engaged in silent reading along with their teachers. This activity, conducted earlier as well, aimed at reinforcing regular reading habits.
This was followed by an English handwriting activity in which students copied a selected extract from their books. Since a similar task was conducted at the beginning of the session, the activity helped observe improvement in handwriting and presentation.
The activities effectively supported the development of reading and writing skills.
