The Shishukunj International School hosted the Fifteenth Graduation Ceremony for the Class of 2024  on February 03, 2024.  The Guests of Honour were Shri Asheesh Singh IAS, Hon Collector, Indore and Shri Shantilal Muttha, well known Entrepreneur and Philanthropist

The ceremony was graced by addresses by the members of the Management and School Headboy  and Headgirl, parent representative, Mr Abhinav Sancheti, and the Commencement Speeches by the Guests of Honour.

The solemn ceremony  took off with a ‘red carpet’ greeting for the graduating Batch of 2024. Wearing graduation caps and gowns, they took part in the Walk Past that culminated at the Revati building in the Junior School. In her address, Headmistress, Mrs Kamayani Chouhan wished the Class of 2024 a bright future and hoped that they would keep coming back to school to share their success stories.”

After the Candle Lighting ceremony it was time for the most-awaited address by the Principal, Dr (Mrs) Lalita Singh. Addressing the outgoing batch she said, “You’re about to enter the world that desperately needs you. Make  the right choices and be ready to lead the  world .”

The ceremony began with the grand  entry of the students into the Velodrome where their parents and juniors awaited them.

Mrs Vasundhara Ohri (Vice Principal- Operations) welcomed the parents and introduced the  Guests. Faculty members Mrs Amrita Majumdar, Mrs Latika Pandey and  Mr Thomson Varghese read the citations as each student of Batch 2024 came up on stage and received mementos from the guests in the presence of the members of the management.

In his address Mr Asheesh Singh, Honourable Collector, Indore  recipient of the prestigious Sewa Medal for distinguished service  said , “This day marks the culmination of years of hard work done by you. Glory can only be attained through hard work’. He advised the students to choose their careers according to their passion and not fashion.  He ended his address with an inspiring rendition of a Hindi poem by Ramdhari Singh Dinkar.” Shri Mr Shantilal Muttha, while addressing the students  said, “Opportunities are wasted by people who do not make optimum use of their student life. Make use of every opportunity that comes your way and remember the pledge administered by your Principal today”.

The Vice Principal (Operations), Mrs. Vasundhara  Ohri presented the Vote of Thanks.   She extended best wishes to the students of the outgoing batch .

The ceremony came to an end with presentation of mementos to the guests and a group photograph of the Batch of 2024 and the singing of the national anthem..
