On the serene morning of July 03, 2025, the heart of Shishukunj was filled with pride and purpose as the school gathered for the Investiture Ceremony. It was a celebration of student leadership, responsibility and the quiet strength that comes with stepping up to serve.

The ceremony began beneath the gaze of the soaring school flag, a symbol of the values that shape every Shishyan—honour, unity and courage. As the newly appointed Student Council and House Captains stepped onto the stage, the auditorium echoed with applause from peers, teachers and proud families.

With steady hands and open hearts, each council member took an oath of service. They pledged not just to lead, but to uplift—with humility, dedication and integrity. The Student Council led the way, followed by the House Captains, each student embracing the responsibility entrusted to them.

In her address to our dear Shishyans, Principal Dr. Lalita Singh spoke with warmth and conviction. She reminded everyone that leadership is not about holding a position, but about living with purpose. It lies in our everyday choices, in how we treat others and in how we rise when challenges come our way. Every student, she said, has the potential to lead, and to lead well.

As the ceremony came to a close, the air was filled with great optimism. These young leaders walked off the stage with more than just badges. They carried the hopes of a school community and the promise of a meaningful year ahead.
