Our students of Classes I and II participated in a group counselling session conducted by the school counsellor, Ms. Palak Pacholi, to explore the people, places and situations that make them feel uncomfortable or unsure.

The session encouraged children to use their imagination and creativity to express feelings that words may sometimes struggle to convey. They were invited to draw and represent what they considered an unsafe space.

The session also encouraged them to speak openly, recognise when something does not feel right, and understand that it is always okay to ask for help.

Children were introduced to counselling as a safe and supportive space where they can come, talk and seek help whenever they need it because every child deserves to feel heard, understood and safe.
