In a warm and nurturing environment, the school counsellor, along with the Mother Teachers, guided the students of Classes III and V through a meaningful and introspective activity titled My Inner World.
The young learners were encouraged to pause, reflect, and explore the different facets of their personalities by thoughtfully completing a structured worksheet. They delved into areas such as their strengths, aspects they wish to improve, what brings them joy or causes discomfort, their hobbies, and how they respond to emotions like anger.
Adding a creative touch, the students also expressed themselves through self-portraits, beautifully capturing how they see themselves from within.
This enriching activity fostered honest reflection and provided a safe space for students to understand their thoughts and feelings more deeply. It not only nurtured self-expression and confidence but also strengthened their emotional awareness, making it a truly empowering and memorable experience.
