A special session on Health and Nutrition was conducted by Dr. Sandeep Jhulka,  renowned endocrinologist,  CARE CHL Hospitals , Indore emphasizing the vital role of good health in achieving life’s goals. Dr. Jhulka passionately conveyed that without maintaining good health, even the most ambitious dreams become difficult to realize. Good health, he explained, forms the foundation for success in every aspect of life.

Following Dr. Jhulka, Dr. Chitle , Chief Clinical Dietician , Apollo Hospitals, Indore addressed the importance of making wise food choices. She spoke about the need to consume healthy, nutritious foods rich in vitamins and minerals while stressing the dangers of regularly eating junk food. Dr. Chitle, explained how poor dietary habits can lead to long-term health issues and encouraged everyone to opt for natural, wholesome meals.

The session concluded with a lively and engaging quiz that tested the participants’ knowledge about nutrition and healthy living. It served as a fun and educational wrap-up to a highly informative session.
