A Mental Health Awareness Session was conducted for the students of Classes III, IV and V. The session aimed to help students understand the importance of maintaining a healthy and balanced mind, especially in today’s world that is filled with distractions and constant stimulation.
The session was facilitated by Ms. Palak Pachauri, the school counsellor, who guided students through simple and effective stress management techniques. She encouraged them to stay active, engage in creative activities, and adopt healthy habits to improve focus and overall performance.
The interactive session helped students realize that caring for their mental health is just as important as caring for their physical well-being.
