It was indeed a moment of great pride when the dance troupe of Shishukunj was awarded the First Position in the Classical Dance category of the Udhbav Utsav International Dance Festival .
The 17th Udbhav Utsav Dance and Music Festival, held in Gwalior from 29 October to 2 November, celebrated its 25th anniversary this year with participant countries including Taiwan (partner country), Sri Lanka, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan etc. Along with this, 30 teams from all around India took part in the different events organised by Udbhav Utsav at the School and College/Private institution levels. The competition was adjudged by esteemed and honorary dignitaries from India and foreign countries.

Students of The Shishukunj International School, Indore participated in the contest and bagged the first position in the Classical Category(Kathak) at the National level. Kudos to all the dancers and their mentor Ms. Asha Agrawal . Their hard work , dedication and perseverance brought laurels to the school. We are so very proud of their commendable achievement.
