A visit to the Jwala Centre inspired our students to launch a newspaper donation drive within the school. The response was overwhelming, with nearly 150 kilograms of newspapers collected, carefully sorted, and delivered to the centre.
There, women skilfully transformed discarded newspapers into attractive paper bags, creating a sustainable source of livelihood while contributing to environmental conservation. Witnessing this remarkable process was an eye-opening experience for our Shishyans. It taught them that what many consider waste can become a source of dignity, income, and hope when combined with creativity and determination.
