A postural correction workshop was organised for the students of Classes IV and V on 15th February 2024. The session was conducted by Dr. Pinky Topiwala, an esteemed physiotherapist who has earned nationwide recognition for her exceptional contribution to the field of physiotherapy.  Dr. Topiwala enlightened the young Shishyans about the benefits of correct posture which is an integral part of our long term health. She involved the students while demonstrating the correct postures. She also shared the principles and techniques of good postures.  At the end of the session, Dr. Topiwala patiently solved the queries of the students who approached her regarding their sports injuries and other posture related questions. 

It was indeed an enlightening session and will definitely go a long way in improving the overall health of our young Shishyans.
