The Indian Academy of Pediatricians conducted a very interactive and interesting workshop for students of Classes VIII and IX on October 07, 2023. 

The aim of the workshop was to wean the students away from unhealthy, packaged and fast foods and motivate them eat healthy  , nutritious home cooked food. The session was conducted by a team of eminent doctors led by  Dr. Hemant Jain . They threw light on the high levels of sugar, salt and preservatives found in the popular foods that children devour these days. They stressed on the need to read the labels on all packaged products to know what they contained. 

Dr. Divya Gupta , eminent gynaecologist graced the occasion as the special guest . 

The session was very interactive and had the students glued to all that was being discussed. A very good initiative indeed for which the school is really thankful to the The Indian Academy of Pediatricians.
